On October 3, 2019, Dr. Anna Zajacova presented "Chronic pain as a powerful summary measure of population health" at the Interdisciplinary Association for Population Science Annual Conference in Seattle, Washington. The presentation outlines why chronic pain should be considered an important measure of population health and well-being.
The presentation, "Trends in the prevalence of pain among adults aged 50+ across Europe, 2004 to 2015" was given at the SHARE User Conference on September 19, 2019 in Budapest, Hungary. Dr. Zimmer traveled to Xi'an, China in September 2019 to present at the Workshop on "Frontiers on Aging and Health Research" and the "Population and Development Policy" Lecture Series .
